DriveUp360 is an operating platform for driving schools and independent driving instructors. It is designed to help them manage students, instructors, scheduling, road tests, payments, websites, public forms and student communication.

This policy explains what information DriveUp360 (“DriveUp360”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website and the DriveUp360 platform, how it is used and the choices available to you.

When you request a demo, contact us or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• business information, such as your business name, business type, number of instructors or locations and your existing website;
• the products you are interested in and any message you choose to send.

We use this information to respond to you, arrange demonstrations and discuss whether DriveUp360 is a fit for your business.

When DriveUp360 accounts are available to you, we will process information needed to operate your account, such as:

• your sign-in identity, such as your email address;
• when Google sign-in is connected and you choose to use it, the identity information Google shares with us (for example your name, email address and a Google account identifier);
• your role (for example school owner, location manager, instructor or student) and the school workspace(s) you belong to;
• security and activity information needed to protect accounts, such as sign-in times.

Signing in with Google does not by itself grant access to DriveUp360; access depends on an authorized DriveUp360 account and workspace.

Driving schools and instructors (“Schools”) use DriveUp360 to run their businesses. Depending on the features a School uses, the platform may hold operational information such as:

• student and instructor records and contact details;
• schedules, lessons, availability and lesson history;
• road tests, packages, invoices, payments and balances;
• Beginner Driver Education (BDE) records;
• public form submissions, such as registration, availability, contact, road-test or other operational information.

Public forms are issued by a School and display that School's branding; DriveUp360 provides the underlying platform and infrastructure. The School decides what it collects through DriveUp360 and how it uses that information, and DriveUp360 processes it to provide the service to the School. If you are a student or other individual with a question about information a School holds about you, please contact that School first — we will help Schools respond where appropriate.

• to provide, maintain, secure and improve DriveUp360 and this website;
• to respond to enquiries and demo requests and to communicate with customers;
• to authenticate users and apply roles, permissions and workspace access;
• to provide features a School has enabled, such as forms, websites, reminders or integrations;
• to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical problems;
• to comply with legal obligations.

DriveUp360 is designed so that each School's information is kept separate from every other School's. One School should not have access to another School's data. Within a School, access is controlled by workspace, role and permissions — for example, a location manager may be limited to their own location.

We rely on service providers for hosting and infrastructure. In addition, DriveUp360 may connect with third-party services — such as Google (for sign-in or calendars), WhatsApp or other messaging providers, payment providers and calendar services — only when those integrations are actually enabled and configured.

When an integration is enabled, the information needed for it is shared with that provider, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate protections.

At the time of this update, the DriveUp360 marketing website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. Technologies that are strictly necessary for the website or platform to function (such as keeping you signed in once accounts are available) may be used. If we introduce analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — including providing the service, meeting legal, accounting or reporting obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements — and then delete or anonymize it. Schools manage how long their own operational records are kept within DriveUp360, subject to the features of their plan and applicable law.

We intend to use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and separation between Schools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Schools that use DriveUp360 remain responsible for how they collect and use their own student and customer information, including providing any required notices, obtaining any required consents and using DriveUp360 in line with applicable laws.

Driving students may include young people. Where a School manages information about minors, the School is responsible for obtaining any consent required from a parent or guardian.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request about information we hold, contact us at driveup360official@gmail.com. For information held by a School, please contact the School; we will support Schools in responding.

We may update this policy as DriveUp360 and its features evolve — for example, when new integrations or analytics are enabled. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
